Atlassian

I was on the Data access & control team, which is Atlassian's centralized cloud administration platform for enterprise customers. My scope covered security and compliance features across the entire Atlassian Cloud suite—Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other products. I designed and delivered a distributed policy enforcement service using Spring Boot to govern LLM training data access across Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. The solution featured an event-driven policy controller that broadcast state changes to downstream services, achieving instantaneous policy synchronization across the product suite. Eliminated manual policy updates, reduced compliance violations to near-zero, and scaled seamlessly to 500+ enterprise customers—establishing a reliable, auditable data governance framework for Atlassian's AI initiatives.

Qualtrics
Engineering Services

I worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Engineering Services team, where I partnered with external Fortune 500 clients to architect and implement technical solutions powered by Qualtrics' core services. For one of the more significant project, I built and deployed a statistical compensation analyzer for a renowned bank, progressing from support engineer to solo technical lead in 6 months—the system flags outlier comp packages and analyze $50M+ in annual compensation across 200+ fund management firms. Deployed successfully and received direct recognition from the bank's executive sponsor.

Data Platform

On the Data Platform team, I built Qualtrics' Data Modeler in React/TypeScript, enabling users to visually construct complex multi-source datasets with SQL-like operations (left outer joins, unions) for ~2M records across surveys, tickets, and directory data for enterprise CX analytics.
